The Proteus design of Angelo Lavranos. Construction is epoxy/glass on BS1088 okumi plywood. The hull is sheathed in 400gram glass all over and the inside is epoxy saturated. The cabin top is PVC foam gassed with epoxy resin. Most of the components were CNC cut. Both hulls have watertight compartments in the fore and aft of each hull.
The Lavranos Marine Design presents an ideal small catamaran for family ocean cruising. It’s crafted to provide enough carrying capacity for extended ocean voyages with a family, all while remaining affordable. Designed for simplicity, durability, speed, comfort, and cost-efficiency. Its compact size also makes it easy to operate with a small crew.
The interior features four berths, including two double beds and two singles, along with a saloon settee, a practical galley, and a toilet compartment, all with ample headroom.
